PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We will accept checks and money orders only if drawn in U.S. funds. A $35 charge will be assessed on checks returned because of insufficient funds. We are unable to accept electronic checks at this time.
You can safely enter your entire credit card number
via our secure server, which encrypts all
submitted information. Alternatively, if you feel more comfortable
not entering credit card information over the internet, please
feel free to use our fax order form or call us . A link to the fax order form can be found in the payment section of our checkout page.
Orders will only be billed after they have been shipped.
This includes backordered items.

SALES TAX AND CUSTOMS INFORMATION
Sales Tax
We will not collect sales tax unless the order is placed to ship to a Pennsylvania address. The customer is responsible for all taxes and assessments for orders shipping to any other state or locality.
If your organization holds a valid sales tax exemption permit for Pennsylvania, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
Customs and Import Duties
You understand and agree that non-US orders for physical products may be subject to import duties and taxes for any orders placed through PimsleurApproach.com. You are responsible for any additional customs clearance fees and taxes. Refusal to pay these fees will result in the carrier abandoning the package and you will be responsible for the cost of the merchandise. We will indicate the contents of the package as Educational Material and will state the full cost of the invoice on the shipping documents. PimsleurApproach.com has no control over these additional charges and cannot predict what they may be. You should contact your local customs office for additional information. The recipient's name is indicated as the importer of record for any pertinent shipping documents. The importer of record is responsible for the shipment and must comply with all regulations and laws for the country in which you are receiving the goods. If your order is seized in customs due to violation of any laws we will not refund the cost of your order or shipping charges.
COUPON POLICY
There is a limit of one coupon per order per household. Unless otherwise
stated, all outstanding coupons, promotions, sales discounts and special
offers cannot be combined and must be redeemed by the expiration date
assigned to the code.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note that we do not ship on weekends
or holidays and only offer weekday delivery.
Our preferred carrier for all shipments is the the
U.S. Postal Service. For expedited service, such as Next Day or Second Day service,
we use UPS. Unless indicated otherwise, a shipping and handling fee is applied to all orders. The shipping and handling cost is a non-negotiable flat rate fee that covers the cost of postage as well as handling and packaging costs. If a delivery is refused by the customer without authorization from Internet Order LLC, a fee for return shipment and/or a restocking fee may be applied to any subsequent request for a refund. Whenever possible, if you have opted to provide us
with your e-mail address, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with
a tracking number, if available, once your order is mailed from our warehouse.
Availability
Usually ships next business day
Your order will usually ship the next business day if it is placed
by midnight Eastern Time.
Item is on order
This product is not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations.
We have ordered the product from our supplier and expect to be able
to ship your product soon. We will ship your item as soon as possible,
and update you on the status of your order via e-mail.
Item is on backorder
This product is not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations. We have ordered the product from our supplier, but have not received a date yet as to when we will receive this product. We will update you on the status of your order via e-mail. You will not be billed until your order ships. Please note: If you wish to cancel a backordered item, you must do by calling us. Orders cannot be cancelled via e-mail.
Shipping Times
All delivery times are in addition to the availability
of the order, except for telephone orders. Telephone orders for
expedited shipping that are placed by 3 PM Eastern Time will be processed
the same day.
Standard Delivery - Up to 2 weeks.
Rush delivery - 5 to 7 business days.
UPS 2-Day Air - 2 business days for delivery to a business; 3 business days for residential delivery. Alaska and Hawaii will take up to 3 business days. (These delivery times are specified by UPS.)
UPS Next Day Air - Will be delivered by the close of business on the next business day after the order has been received into our system. In most cases, orders placed on Friday after 3 p.m. Eastern Time will be delivered the following Tuesday.
When will your order arrive?
To calculate when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select. Here's the equation we use:
Item Availability +
Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time
For example, if an item is available to ship on the next business day and the shipping time will be 5-7 business days, your total delivery time will be 1 day (availability) + 5 to 7 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door in about 6 to 8 days after you have placed your order.
Products With Different Availability In The Same Order
Orders are shipped together. You should use the longest availability time in calculating the arrival time of your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Within 30 days of shipment of your order, you may return any product
in new condition. Please note that you will need to first obtain a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling us.
Exchanges are Fair and Simple
If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange it within
30 days after of shipment of your order. However, you will need to first
obtain an RMA number by calling us. Your replacement will be shipped to you once
you call us and obtain an RMA number. You will not have to wait until
we receive your defective product. We reserve the right to bill you for the reshipment if your order is not received within 3 weeks of issuing an RMA number.
Unshipped items
You can also cancel unshipped items by calling us during our business hours, as posted above. We are not able to cancel orders via e-mail correspondence.
Return and Exchange Procedures
- Call us during business hours us to request an RMA number to be placed on the outside of your package.
- Do not apply tape to any items that you are returning, as this will result in your return not meeting our resaleable criteria and your return will not be accepted.
- It is important that you place your RMA number on the address label or the outside of the package, as we will not accept any packages without one.
- Please include a copy of your invoice and the reason for your return, and wrap the package securely. We recommend that you use a carrier with package tracking such as U.S.P.S. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, UPS, and FedEx. For your protection, we also suggest that you insure your return or exchange.

Refunds
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return to be processed and documented in our database. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. All refunds issued will be in the amount of the product cost only. Shipping and handling costs, or any additional surcharges for shipping, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Returns that are not in resaleable condition will be refused. Returns that do not have an RMA number may be refused or a 25% restocking fee may be applied. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is received more than 21 days after an RMA number has been issued.
Internet Order LLC reserves the right to impose a 25% restocking fee on or refuse orders that contain two or more Gold courses that have been opened.
If you choose to return your order for a refund, and payment was made by personal check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery once your return is processed.
