What information do you collect about me? How will you use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This information allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

How does Pimsleur Approach protect customer information?

The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you enter before it is sent to us. You can always be aware of a secure page by spotting the lock in the bottom status bar of your browser. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access, both at our offices and at our hosting facility.

What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information from our web site that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our site uses them to maintain the contents of your shopping cart. Without cookies enabled on your browser, you will not be able to place an order online from our web site.

Will Pimsleur Approach disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
